Many of the drawings here were done at Minerva Durham’s Spring Studio (212-226-7240) or at Joe Catuccio’s Project of Living Artists (718-388-6708) in New York City. At Spring Studio I have served as regular monitor for a three-hour pose class and a class in movement drawing, with the model in motion. I thank Minerva and Joe and all the great models who have worked with me.
Most of the color drawings here are made with Caran d’Ache aquarelle crayons on gray or black paper. Size of many of the original drawings is 19" x 25". Other drawings are made with pencil or ink and brush.
I have had solo exhibitions of my drawings and other artwork at Deepdale Gallery ("Cave of Drawings"), Sacred Body Art ("Flesh/Light"), and Spring Studio ("The Magical Body").
